edyt.video is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to edyt.video, contact hello@edyt.video so we can review and take appropriate action.

• Account information: your email address, display name, login provider details, and authentication metadata.
• Project and asset information: saved projects, uploaded files, generated scenes, prompts, exports, and related metadata.
• Usage information: pages viewed, editor actions, feature usage, device/browser details, approximate location from network data, and diagnostic logs.
• Billing information handled by Stripe: subscription status, customer ID, invoices, payment method metadata, and transaction records. We do not store full card numbers.
• Support and feedback information: messages, feedback, and account deletion requests you send to us.

• Provide, secure, maintain, and improve edyt.video.
• Save projects, process uploads, create exports, and sync usage.
• Operate subscriptions, billing, entitlements, and support.
• Debug errors, prevent abuse, enforce limits, and protect users.
• Understand product usage and decide what to improve next.

Some features may send prompts, project context, images, or other content you provide to AI providers so they can generate or edit content for you. Do not submit sensitive information that you do not want processed by these systems.

We use service providers to run edyt.video, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for billing, and PostHog for product analytics.

We do not use your projects, uploads, prompts, or exports to train AI models. AI features may process your content only to provide the feature you requested, such as generating or editing a scene.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers when needed to operate the product, comply with law, prevent abuse, process payments, respond to support requests, or protect the rights and safety of users and the service.

edyt.video and our service providers may process and store information in countries where we or they operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live.

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, preserve editor state, remember preferences, measure product usage, and improve reliability.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. You can request account deletion from the app settings or by contacting hello@edyt.video. Some records may be retained where required for billing, tax, security, or legal reasons.

You can update account details in the app, cancel paid subscriptions through Stripe, request account deletion, or contact us about access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions at hello@edyt.video.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service is completely secure, so you should use care when uploading sensitive or confidential content.
